As someone who was born with wind in my sails, I learnt early on to make time to acknowledge the land I’m on, to introduce myself as if I’m walking into someone else’s home. It’s amazing how receptive & generous place can be. It’s also an opportunity to be told to f*ck off, which we are often not taught how to respond to, or even hear.
Making these videos about each of the elements, using footage from my travels, has been a wild journey in itself looking back at what feels like another life.
